Hello, I'm Sara.

I’m a Senior TV & Video Producer and Creative Content Director based in New York City. I specialize in full-spectrum media production—from concept to execution—for broadcast, livestream, digital, and branded content.

At D S Simon Media, I’ve produced and directed over 750 hours of live and recorded TV and radio segments, virtual galas, and satellite media tours. My role blends creative leadership with technical precision: building custom in-studio sets, managing production crews, directing talent, and delivering content that is both polished and impactful.

I thrive on fast-paced sets, collaborative environments, and complex projects that require both vision and coordination. Whether I’m overseeing a multi-camera shoot or crafting a visual story from scratch, my goal is to deliver content that connects with audiences and exceeds client expectations.

My production foundation was shaped by hands-on experience at Syracuse.com, Manhattan Neighborhood Network, and WBAI Pacifica Radio. I hold a BA in Communication with a concentration in Media Production from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco and an MA from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where I honed my storytelling skills across video, audio, and digital platforms.

A bit about me: I grew up in Casablanca, Morocco, and I speak Moroccan Arabic, Classical Arabic, French, and English fluently. Being multilingual helps me connect across cultures—and lead productions with empathy, creativity, and perspective.
